Genero helps businesses achieve profitable growth with marketing and digital services development. We're building our ecommerce unit to be the best team for Nordic ecommerce brands to partner with. Our focus is the intersection of Growth Marketing & Finance, and we’re developing cutting edge methodologies for how to use Growth Marketing to achieve specific financial goals for ecommerce businesses. We’re looking for a person with experience in Growth Marketing and an interest in ecommerce and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Our ideal candidate is interested in developing into an ecommerce / paid social consultant, with deep expertise of ecommerce as a business model combined with excellent communication skills.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table

• ambition, drive, and willingness to learn

• ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• good communication skills (Finnish & English)

• experience in Growth Marketing (e.g. digital advertising, SEO, or content creation)

Additionally, it’s great if

• you speak Swedish

• you have experience in ecommerce marketing

• you have additional interest/experience in other aspects of an ecommerce business (e.g. finance, valuation, logistics, merchandising)

Your future tasks

• You help our Nordic ecommerce clients grow profitably through growth marketing

• You learn how to apply our methodology to the ecommerce business model, using a combination of marketing and finance

Expect to work on site at the office 3-5 days a week in the beginning. This position is located at our cozy Pietarsaari office.
